Website Purpose: This website allows membership and member management for MemoryWall ASBL, as well as subscription tracking.
2. Membership and Member Terms
To become a member of MemoryWall ASBL:
- •Complete the online membership form with your personal information: first name, last name, email, phone.
- •Payment of the membership fee (if applicable) is made via Stripe.
- •Membership is effective upon confirmation by MemoryWall ASBL.
- •Members can request cancellation of their membership at any time by contacting the association.
Member Rights and Obligations:
- •Participate in association activities and events.
- •Respect the statutes and internal regulations of the ASBL.
- •Provide accurate information during registration.
3. Data Collected
To become a member and access the site, we only collect necessary information:
- •First Name and Last Name
- •Phone
- •Payment data via Stripe (card number not stored on our site)
- •Authentication data via Google (name, email) if you use Google login
4. Purpose
Data is used exclusively for:
- •Managing membership and member status
- •Communicating about association activities and events
- •Authenticating members via Google if this option is used
- •Processing payments via Stripe
5. Data Sharing
No data is shared with external partners, except:
- •Stripe for secure payment processing
- •Google for OAuth authentication (only data necessary for authentication: email and name)
